We offer a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise, with all tags attached or in good condition, within 30 days. We do not charge for re-shipping if you would like to make an exchange for another product. Please note that if you selected Standard Shipping, then the package may take between 1-5 weeks to arrive.

Exchanges are shipped free of charge for one exchange per order. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued for the price of the returned product to the credit card used for the original purchase. We do not reimburse for shipping charges on the original purchase or for shipping charges for returning/exchanging a product. Please allow us 2-3 weeks to process your return/exchange, you will receive an email confirmation when your return/exchange has shipped, or when the refund has been issued for your return.

Products that don't have Malenda's artwork licensed onto them are general products and have their own return policies.  Please refer to the return policy on your sales receipt or packing slip for specifics.
